Before starting Atelier by Numa, I spent years being the person who also does the design. In marketing teams, HR departments, event agencies, and newsrooms — design ran through everything I touched, but it was never the main thing. Now it is.
That background means I understand briefs differently. When a corporate L&D team asks for training materials, I know what good onboarding actually looks like from the inside. When a startup needs a brand, I've sat on the client side of that conversation. I know what makes an agency presentation land — and what makes it miss.
I started Atelier by Numa to bring that full-picture thinking to every project. Not just a designer for hire — a creative partner who understands the context behind the brief.
